BaCote was most recently challenged by Libertarian candidate Glenn McGuire in 2011, in which she [BaCote] gained 77% of the vote. The 95th district contains parts of the cities of Newport News and Hampton.
Mr. Bloom is a Nuclear Engineer who works at Huntington-Ingalls Newport News Shipbuilding, and is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering.
